Your procurement team reviews the documents – for questions, the managing director is available directly.

Framework and first deployment

Rates and response times are agreed – on request we start with a limited pilot deployment.

Frequently asked questions from supplier onboarding

Do you work as a subcontractor for field service providers?

Yes. We take on deployments as a subcontractor, work in your ticketing systems and document to your specification – white label under your brand on request.

How do you invoice?

Rollouts per device, onsite deployments per call-out or at a day rate, temporary staffing at an hourly or day rate. Prices are fixed in writing before any order.

Do you hold your own temporary staffing licence?

Yes. The licence for temporary staffing under § 1 AÜG was granted by the German Federal Employment Agency. We submit the official notice for your review.

How quickly can you start?

Once the documents are cleared and the scope is agreed, usually within a few working days. Larger rollouts are planned together with your project team.

Do you use your own technicians or freelancers?

Both. Permanent staff and vetted freelancers from our own network. We agree who is deployed in advance – including proof of qualification.
